​A position has been approved to add to the Real Estate Asset Management team. By adding this role, the Asset Management Team will be better positioned to meet project timelines, proactively manage real estate risks, and ensure Ameren Real Estate continues to provide effective, timely support for high‑priority blue chip initiatives.

 

Peak workload drivers supporting the need for this role include:

• Real estate acquisitions and transaction support for new large load customers

• Site acquisition and project support for battery storage projects

• Expansion and management of a new portfolio of fuel cell sites supporting baseload demand
